Attempted to collect wrong amount. Hello, I switched phone carriers back in XXXX from XXXX to XXXX XXXX XXXX. I paid my phone off and made the switch. I am now seeing on my credit report a balance owed to them of {$5100.00}. I have tried to reach out to the company and have not been able to make contact with anyone and dispute it directly with them. I don't understand why or how a phone carrier could charge this much for leaving their company.
