Resurgent reached out to me Frist in XXXX of XXXX about a debt they had purchased from XXXX XXXX XXXX in XXXX of XXXX XXXX XXXX had notified me in XXXX of XXXX of the sale of the debt. I reached out to Resurgent via the number provided by XXXX XXXX and got no response in relation to the debt. Resurgent Failed to take over the debt, verify the debt or contact me in any way shape or form for 6 months. Way over the allowed timeline. In addition to this up until XXXX of XXXX XXXX XXXX was still reporting to the credit bureau and Resurgent had not reported that they were the owners of the debt in question. Resurgent just now report the debt to the credit bureau as past due in XXXX of XXXX almost a Full year after their purchase of the deb
