Billing dispute for services. TransUnion purposefully offer you a free credit report that would still cost {$1.00}. They have not made it clear to the user that by signing up for the free credit report, they would automatically sign up for the monthly payment too. They do not offer refunds so they took my money for free, causing my credit to go down. This is not just unethical but morally corrupted. This is predatory behavior and should never the practiced anywhere. The fact that they have a dedicated page to say they do not offer refund should tell you how many people have contacted them about this issue. Please stay away from this company is my solid advice. Don't make the same mistake as me.
