Public record information inaccurate. LexisNexis removed a bankruptcy from my credit report with them that was properly handled by means of the FCRA laws. The bankruptcy was deleted on XX/XX/2021. I have the paperwork and have verified the deletion with the LexisNexis customer service ; however, my credit reports have not be updated and it's almost been 60 days, 58 days exactly as of today. They customer center representatives have not been helpful and claimed that they had ; file an additional dispute with another agency which is irrelevant. They claimed that they filed another dispute on XX/XX/2021 and did not properly explain why my credit report was not updated. The bankruptcy is preventing me from getting my student loans, caused me to be denied for several apartments, and period is h
