Credit card company isn't resolving a dispute about a purchase on your statement. On XX/XX/2021, I purchased some shirts from an online store that shipped from XXXX and received the wrong items on XX/XX/2021. After several emails back and forth with the merchant ( between between XX/XX/XXXX and XX/XX/XXXX ), the XXXX insisted that I pay for shipping the wrong items back to XXXX. I filed a dispute twice with Capital One on XX/XX/XXXX and received a refund. When the refund was reversed on on XX/XX/XXXX. I filed another dispute on XX/XX/XXXX, this time, included pictures of these items ( comparing what I got with what I ordered XXXX, emails correspondence and a receipt as supporting evidence for my case.
