Investigation took more than 30 days. On XX/XX/2021 I sent a letter to Experian regarding the XXXX/XXXX requesting that the charge off reporting and all late payments be removed due to the fact that the charge off has already been reported and that there shouldn't be lates or charge off reported. Also, the account was transfered and sold to XXXX XXXX therefore this account should be removed. They have address the issue and its over 30 days. MUST BE REMOVED.
