None. I applied for a HELOC with PNC in XXXX. Theres a {$50.00} annual fee. I stated Ive paid enough to PNC in interest over the 8 years Ive had my mortgage. Im not paying an annual fee on my HELOC. I stated Id just cancel the application. I was told this would be waived. This was stated over the phone and through email. I am being charged the fee in XXXX. Its not about the amount. Its the principal. I would like to just close the HELOC, but theres a prepayment penalty.
