Account status incorrect. There are three ( 3 ) late payments from XXXX XXXX reporting on my credit file from XXXX, XXXX, and XXXX of 2018. I set up automatic bill pay through my local bank, XXXX, however, the payments were not processed due to bank errors. Since these late payments were caused due to errors by my bank, Im requesting the late payments be removed from my credit file. Attached is a letter from XXXX XXXX for supporting documentation.
