Information belongs to someone else. My identity has been compromised. I was just made aware today when I received a letter in the mail confirming my address change that I did not make. I live in Illinois where Ive lived for over 20 years. I have never lived in XXXX GA nor do I know anyone at that XXXX address. XXXX XXXX ( XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX ) will not help me correct this issue. Someone not only updated the address but changed my phone number which has been XXXX for 15 yrs. they also change my email address and requested a new card. I'm not sure what is going on but I am in no way responsible for this account. Ive reached out multiple to times trying to get XXXX XXXX to understand that my identity is being used fraudulently.
