Credit card or prepaid card — Netspend Corporation (CA)

Card company isn't resolving a dispute about a purchase or transfer. I filed a dispute on XXXX to NetSpend for charges that were made in la the same day I brought the remind you I stay and brought the card in XXXX Recently I had a XXXX and just got out the hospital I went to activate the the card they send u to d find out money has been taken from my account told NetSpend all of a sudden my card is closed never gave me a notice of account closure they say it's due to unusual transactions but I haven't used the card there is no transaction
