Deposits and withdrawals. I have been trying to withdraw funds from my account but they put a withdrawal restriction on the account since last XXXX ... I filed a previous complaint about this but you refered me to FINRA but after awhile they advised me to submit another complaint with you because the problem is about my right to withdraw funds I deposited to my account
