Transaction was not authorized. XXXX issued a credit for 2 airline tickets to XXXX in XXXX of XXXX. The trip was to occur between XXXX XXXX of XXXX and was cancelled. Instead of receiving my money back XXXX issued a credit. XXXX will not honor my credit because the airline XXXX went bankrupt. Wells Fargo asked me to dispute with XXXX and XXXX is saying to dispute with my bank. No one is giving me my money back. Wells Fargo should approve my dispute and make an exception on this case as Covid was the reason for cancellation and was beyond my control, I never received the goods or services for the flights and Wells Fargo should be responsible for giving me my money back and dispute the transaction with XXXX.
