Unable to open an account. I attempted to open an account with Chime. Due to an issue with my camera not obtaining a clear picture, the process went no where and timed out. Upon contacting support, they asked for standard information. Pic of drivers license, front and back, and last 4 of social. No big deal. They then inform me they are unable to assist me unless I send a picture of my social security card. I refused - emailing a company 's generic support inbox your entire social security card is against customers protection. I asked for a secure location to upload the documents to - they reiterate to email the pic. I point out Chimes company policy. I point out IN THEIR EMAIL SAYS CHIME WILL NEVER ASK FOR SOCIAL SECURITY NUMBER! They continue asking for a picture, and refuse t
