I disputed the entry with Report Number : XXXX through Experian but also called XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX about the issue. XXXX XXXX upon their initial call to me indicated that they had reported through XX/XX/XXXX. As I explained to the XXXX XXXX Complaints Management department for XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX, after filing the dispute Experian updated the balance through XX/XX/XXXX.
