Their investigation did not fix an error on your report. XXXX has not done a legal and thorough investigation into their errors in reporting. They really have failed the American people. I really would like them to send you or show you the certified and validated motorized report from their data furnisher. They initially claimed that XXXX was their data furnisher nad I contacted XXXX who later assured me that the information they have can not be verified, validated and so they were removing it. Why would XXXX want to hold onto the reports just to continue disadvantaging me? This issue has not been resolved thus, must not be closed. The investigation is incomplete.
