Credit card company won't work with you while you're going through financial hardship. On XX/XX/XXXX I received 2 letters from a law firm ( clearly soliciting for debt resolution and had been forwarded to me from my last address ) informing me that Chase Bank had filed 2 lawsuits against me for non-payment on the 2 credit cards that I had with Chase Bank. I was laid off in XX/XX/XXXX permanently due to COVID-19. At that time I resided in XXXX, XXXX. I moved to XXXX, XXXX in XX/XX/XXXX. On XX/XX/XXXX I entered into an agreement with XXXX XXXX XXXX to consolidate all of my credit cards. I had 4 credit cards. The only company that would not negotiate for a settlement was Chase Bank.
