Debt collection — Debt Recovery Solutions, LLC (VA)

Threatened to sue you for very old debt. Repeated phone calls on my work cell phone from Debt Recovery solutions after being asked to not call me on this number. Requested information by mail and was informed I would have to settle with them on the phone or I would be subject to legal action. Told them I was not willing to communicate on my work phone and they would have to contact me by mail. Consistently harassed over multiple phone calls. Debt was removed from my credit report and then resubmitted multiple times. I've disputed and had it removed and then a couple of months later it was sold to another debt collector, consolidated the amount and resubmitted it.
