Their investigation did not fix an error on your report. I disputed this account several times with no follow up from XXXX XXXX with verification. I sent XXXX XXXX a letter regarding an account listed on my credit with a balance of {$4300.00}. They sent notice back that they were unable to locate the account they are reporting. I sent the notice to the credit bureaus for removal but they said XXXX XXXX verified the account and will not remove. I would like a copy of the contract and verification documents provided to the credit bureaus. if unable to furnish please remove the account as it is not mine. I contacted my ex to see if he placed this account in my name and he said no. I have no records of this account and if he did place this account in my name I will need support docs to pursue
