None. I am trying to unfreeze my account with Experian and I am unable to log into my account. The login does not accept my username or password. When I select 'forgot your username ' of 'forgot your password ' it takes me to a page to enter my date of birth and social security number. When entered I get a reply 'sorry that didn't match up, please try again '. This is also true for my wife 's account. There is no possible way to call and talk with an agent at Experian. No way. I finally selected 'fraud alert ' on a site, but I have no idea what that does for our problem.
