Personal information incorrect. As always. I usually check my credit report monthly. On XX/XX/XXXX was exception that's when I noticed a few derogatory comments on my Experian credit report. On that same day XX/XX/XXXX. I called the number that was on the report and spoke with a representative from XXXX XXXX. I was told I'm being recorded. Then I was asked a series of questions which I answered. During our brief conversation I asked the representative. What's mailing address on the invoice? She replied with a po box . I then told her I don't have a po box and it would be greatly appreciated if your company remove the derogatory report off my credit. She agreed. Fast forward to XX/XX/2021about a week later nothing has done in this regard. Please help. XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX
