Their investigation did not fix an error on your report. It has been reported several times that my auton loan at XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX is 30 days past due. I have called several times and spoken with the loan mange XXXX XXXX who has informed me that she can not correct late payments corrects have to be made with the credit bureau although my due date on changed from the XXXX to the XXXX without my knowledge. I have attempted to correct with all 3 credit bureaus and no changes are ever made. Today XX/XX/XXXX XXXX XXXX has sent email stating that a change was made to my due date. I am disputing all late payments from XX/XX/XXXX up to current. and have attached email to show my due date was changed without my knowledge.
