Debt was result of identity theft. This time I want evidence to support Synchrony Bank/ Mattress firms claim or I am filing a civil law suit in my local court. I have contacted Synchrony Bank/Mattress Firm Home Credit card multiple times regarding a fraudulently opened credit card that is under my name, which was opened XX/XX/2020. I have told this company that this credit card account is fraud and I am a victim of identity theft. Synchrony keeps trying to collect a debt that is not mine and harassing me. They have reported this to the 3 major credit bureaus multiple times ruining my credit. As soon as I found out about this fraudulent credit card account I let them know right away, which was XX/XX/2020. I have sent this company multiple police reports, FTC Reports, filed a XXXX XXXX XXXX
