Card company isn't resolving a dispute about a purchase or transfer. On XX/XX/XXXX at XXXX, {$250.00} was debited from my XXXX prepaid card from Navy Federal Credit Union XXXX The authorized payment was approved with auth code XXXX. At XXXX, per my XXXX account details I was changed an {$250.00} from Navy Federal Credit Union XXXX The payment was debited with auth code XXXX. That same day, I contacted both XXXX and Navy Federal in hopes of resolving the duplicate payment error. However, I was advised by Navy Federal they are only reporting one payment received from me. Even after providing the authorization codes and dates, I still havent received my {$250.00} back. I filed a debit card dispute with Netspend and I feel they did not do a thorough investigation per Regulation E.
