Funds not handled or disbursed as instructed. Chase bank has closed one of my checking accounts that had {$450.00} deposited in it. As per the bank request I have opened a new checking account to replace the old one with the promise that my funds that were in the closed account would be transferred into the new one. This has happened about 2 months ago and ever since then Ive been trying to get my funds available. I have exhausted all means to resolve this issue with Chase bank. I have gone to their branch twice and I have called their customer support services twice as well and I am always promised they will send me a check and that I should wait for it. Please help me get my money back.
