Account status incorrect. I spoke with a Conn 's customer service representative in XX/XX/2021 to make a payment and schedule a payment for the XX/XX/2021 due date. The representative did not schedule the payment and I was unaware that the account ran delinquent. When I found out that the XXXX payment was 30 days late going into XXXX, I quickly called the company to remedy the situation and make full payment and payoff of the account. I was told that the 30-day late mark on my credit report would be removed since I never had a 30-day late payment with the company before. I was then told several days later that the company was using their discretion and not removing the late mark.
