Used obscene, profane, or other abusive language. On XX/XX/XXXX at XXXX XXXX I received a phone call from professional bureau of collections of Maryland. The representative started the conversation stating at I owe a debt. I advised the representative I was sick and this was not the best time to speak. The rep continued to harass me about the debt. I advised the rep she was violating my rights as a consumer and she continued. I again advised the rep she was violating my rights as a consumer by continuing the conversation while I was in distress I advised the rep I was becoming very ill while speaking with her and that she was adding to my stress level by repeatedly asking me was I going to take care of the debt or not.
