Credit reporting, credit repair services, or other personal consumer reports — EQUIFAX, INC. (DC)

Account status incorrect. I am XXXX XXXX I am submitting this complaint myself and there is no third party involve.Upon reviewing my updates, the incorrect information was still found in my reports which I believe has been taken care of due to the written appeals I sent. The last letter sent to Equifax was XX/XX/XXXX, but no response was ever received from them to date. Thus, their action has violated the Fair Credit Reporting Act, 15 USC Sections 1681i, which states that continued reports of the unverified information without any proofs provided, within the time allowed by law, is not authorized.
