Account status incorrect. I closed my account with XXXX XXXX XXXX and they are still reporting this as open and still charging fees. They refuse to close the account and remove the fees. I have contacted everyone about this once before. They are a predatory lending agency. They never stop charging fees even after the account is closed. After I closed the account I waited for a final statement in the mail. It never came. Instead they kept the card open and reported late charges. This is ruining my credit! I have asked them more than once to stop and remove the fees they sent me a letter saying they would take off XXXX! That is not acceptable At All! And they are still charging me showing an open account on my credit with all 3 credit bureaus!
