Debt was result of identity theft. My name is XXXX XXXX, and I am sending this request myself to address the inaccuracies on my Credit Reports. Regardless of the multiple written requests, the unverified account, XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX ), is still reporting on my credit report in violation of Federal Law. They failed to comply with Fair Credit Reporting Act, 15 USC sections 1681i within the time declared by law and continued reporting of unconfirmed information which now, given all my attempts to address it directly with the creditor, as willful negligence and non-compliance with federal statutes.
