Account status incorrect. - Opened lease with XXXX XXXX XXXX in XX/XX/XXXX - Lease was 36 mos - Completed every single pmt on-time or early for 36 mos and returned car in excellent condition in XX/XX/XXXX. Over {$16000.00} in payments- Told of lease termination fee when car was returned in XX/XX/XXXX. However, dealer was unable to accept pmt ( despite my offer to pay ). Was told to check account stmt - Acct stmts never showed amount due after car was returned and stmts stopped being generated - Never received correspondence regarding any amount due to XXXX - In XX/XX/XXXX, credit score decreased over 100 points from high 700s to mid 600s without any warning, notices, etc- Have never had a late pmt over 11 years of credit history including student loan, car leases, mortgage, multiple credit
