Investigation took more than 30 days. I was told once I complete the XXXX XXXX XXXX Program, my student loans accounts would be out of default, and ALL NEGATIVE information would be removed. Only 3 accounts were removed and 2 remained with ALL NEGATIVE INFORMATION. Please remove these accounts. I were told ALL INFORMATION WOULD BE REMOVED FROM THE DATABASE.
