Account status incorrect. Plaza home mortgage is reporting us as having two late payments for XXXX/XXXX of this year and that is incorrect I have my bank statements to prove it. They no longer own my mortgage. I paid them in a cashiers check one of those months, they claimed they lost it. A couple of weeks later after I paid them again online they cashed the missing check. This company is unprofessional and are ruining peoples lives. The amount is displayed as XXXX.
