Credit reporting, credit repair services, or other personal consumer reports — Experian Information Solutions Inc. (CA)

Information belongs to someone else. Last year I discovered a false account with XXXX XXXX and XXXX XXXX reporting on my file because of identity theft. I contacted the bank and the credit bureaus about it and they told me to file a dispute. I submitted the dispute and both XXXX XXXX and XXXX XXXX they conducted an investigation. I was notified by XXXX and XXXX that the account was no longer being reported and my report was updated. Experian, however, still has not updated my report. I contacted them several times without an answer. Please help me resolve this issue as soon as possible.
