Public record information inaccurate. On XX/XX/2021, a dispute letter was submitted via mail and fax to XXXX, Experian and XXXX in reference to the Bankruptcy listed which is inaccurate on my credit reports. I have allowed substantial time to resolve my concern due to the pandemic. I have also contacted the Courts as well and they advised me they do not report to the Credit Bureaus. If the Courts do not report to the Credit Bureaus, how is this listed on my credit report? By FCRA law, all Credit Bureaus are required to validate/verify information BEFORE it is added to a consumer credit report.
