Credit card company isn't resolving a dispute about a purchase on your statement. On XXXX XX/XX/2020, I made a transaction of XXXX on my Amercian Express Card. Due to Covid, the airline changed flight at short notice which was not acceptable as the destination city was in lockdown. On the XXXX XX/XX/2020, XXXX XXXX ( The Merchant ) agreed to refund me the total amount of XXXX and this was confirmed in the Final Determination set out by the Aviation Dispute Resolution on the XXXX XX/XX/2020. I have still not received any refund despite my filing a dispute with American Express and filing a XXXX Claim. I have provided sufficient documentation but still Amercian Express have failed to give me a due refund.
