Credit reporting, credit repair services, or other personal consumer reports — EQUIFAX, INC. (FL)

Information belongs to someone else. I have been monitoring my credit score through XXXX XXXX and found out that there is a " loan '' reported on XX/XX/2021 by XXXX XXXX. I dont have any loan other than my car and my mortgage. I dont know what is this account for. I contacted them over the phone and they were telling me that they can open a dispute to clear this record but I had to give them all my information plus my SSN which i dont feel confident because i dont know who these people are and what they do. I need to know if you can help me to get clarification on why this loan is showing in my report. Unfortutanely, i dont have any documentation that I can provide as backup since this loan doesnt belong to me.
