On XX/XX/21, I sent a letter, return receipt requested, to XXXX XXXX XXXX, XXXX and Experian with a request for documents proving this debt was valid. I had disputed the issues online, over the phone several times, and then, in the letter. I received a letter back from XXXX and they only addressed XXXX of the accounts with a statement of Verified as accurate however, we didnt receive the requested documents. The date is invalid, the debt is invalid, and we requested that they prove with documents or delete the debt. They did neither.
