Information belongs to someone else. An account was opened or cosigned under my name for XXXX XXXX. I did not sign any loan documents or provide any information or authorize this. I was unaware of the existence of this account until i check my credit. The thief opened this account using my information illegally and did not pay this bill and now it is at collection at XXXX XXXX XXXX and it appears on my account as a derogatory mark and is affecting me tremendously. I have fraud accounts with XXXX XXXX and subsequently XXXX XXXX XXXX collections. My name is also incorrectly stated as XXXX XXXX on my credit report.
