Account status incorrect. This is XXXX XXXX XXXX, who is submitting this CFPB complaint myself, and to inform you that there is no third party involved in the process. My request for the correction and removable of the erroneous information about my accounts has been diligently neglected by Equifax. Despite sending them letter last XX/XX/XXXX for the said request, I have not received any response up to this date. Besides, the inaccurate information about my accounts is still on my reports. Therefore, Equifax has not complied with the Fair Credit Reporting Act, 15 USC Sections 1681i within the time permitted by law and continued reporting as unverified information which now, given all my attempts to address it directly with the creditor, as willful negligence and non- compliance with federa
