Debt collection — ORG GC GP BUYER, LLC (MS)

Debt was result of identity theft. The Debt Collector GC Services is collecting on a Fraudulent account that is not mines and is violating FDCPA laws that are supposedly designed to protect me as an original creditor. Them and XXXX XXXX are acting against my rights and defaming my character since I can not get a mortgage and enjoy XXXX holidays with my family. Stop this fraudulent activity to help me have a happy holidays.
