Credit card or prepaid card — NAVY FEDERAL CREDIT UNION (PA)

Application denied. I, XXXX XXXX entered into a consumer credit transaction with Navy Federal Credit Union on XX/XX/2021. I am aware of Navy Federal Credit Unions discriminatory practices, as well as their unlawful AND unjustifiable means when making decisions. I initiated a consumer credit transaction and was denied my right to be extended credit through you after applying in good faith which violates 15 USC 1691 ( a ) ( 3 ). The adverse action furnished on my consumer report is proof a transaction occurred, and I shouldnt have been denied for credit. Furthermore, a transaction was completed using my Credit Card as per 15 USC 1602 ( l ) and I the consumer never benefited which violates 15 USC 1602p. The consumer credit transaction was completed when I filled out the credit application
