Credit reporting, credit repair services, or other personal consumer reports — EQUIFAX, INC. (PA)

Their investigation did not fix an error on your report. I have contacted all XXXX credit bureaus challenging the factual and accurate reporting of this account that is showing up on my credit report XXXX...... i have contacted them XXXX times and each time it comes back as verified as accurate ... ..how is this possible when there are multiple inconsistencies in the reporting between the XXXX bureaus???? i have attached a copy of the report with all of the inconsistencies circled ... ..they did not conduct proper investigations and are hurting ME the consumer ....
