Trouble with how payments are being handled. I have contacted Navient repeatedly to provide me with updated documentation that my accounts are reported accurately, which I am disputing and they have failed numerous times to provide me with any documentation as to my repayment history. This is in direct violation of the FCRA, and has resulted in them reporting late payments on numerous accounts. I can not make payments on time if I do not have the information available to do so.
