None. Shellpoint took over my mortgage over a year ago. For the last few months, they have been over charging me fees for taxes and insurance that I do not have with them. My XXXX payment had also been moved into an account that I knew nothing about and they kept telling me my mortgage was late. As of today which is XX/XX/21, they are still charging me for taxes and insurance. I have my own insurance and I have called these people numerous times. I am not sure why they keep screwing up my account but Im tired of them. This is the worse company ever and I dont know what the problem is with them and other peoples money.
