Difficulty submitting a dispute or getting information about a dispute over the phone. This is annoying because my I would not have been able to obtain credit if my score was low and now because I have several cards open I am being penalized although they all are paid on time. This is ridiculous my score have dropped from XXXX to XXXX. This makes no sense at all. I want my score fixed at there earliest convenience. Thank you so much. I feel this is more that just unfair.
