Despite the multiple previous written requests, the items listed below still remain on my credit report in violation of Federal Law. Equifax failed to comply withF air Credit Reporting Act, 15 USC sections 1681i within the time set forth by law and continued reporting of unverified ( erroneous ) information which now, given all my attempts to address it directly with the creditor, as willful negligence and non-compliance with federal statutes.
