Credit reporting, credit repair services, or other personal consumer reports — LEXISNEXIS (TX)

Reporting company used your report improperly. LEXIS NEXIS is reporting my personal data to Credit Bureaus, namely, XXXX, expressly, without my permission or any fiduciary appointments. This unlawful action exposes my personal credit to incorrect information, ie, Bankruptcy Reporting, where the Federal Bankruptcy Court in XXXX, Texas has stated that " We do not furnish information about any of our records to any credit bureau. '' After confronting XXXX about these " Invasions of Privacy Issues '' they stated that, " Lexis Nexis furnishes the information to them and I would need to send a letter to them stating that I do not have a bankruptcy from the court '' ignoring the fact that they already admitted that the information was furnish through a 3rd Party. In XX/XX/2021, I submitted an
