Their investigation did not fix an error on your report. After disputing the validity of the debt XXXX XXXX with Account # XXXX says I owe them on the behalf of XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX. Sent me a letter stating they would be removing the debt from my report. I have not seen the debt removed and I am requesting that it is removed IMMEDIATELY!. I have attached the letter to validate and expedite the process.
