Information is missing that should be on the report. I have a credit card with Citibank since XXXX on XX/XX/XXXX I noticed my card had disappeared from reports of the XXXX credit reporting bureaus ( XXXX XXXX, XXXX XXXX. I communicated with Citibank credit card department many times via phone, mails, and fax and they promised to solve the problem. Their last response was a letter on XX/XX/XXXX - see attached- saying that they have sent instructions to the three credit reporting bureaus to update my files however nothing happened and no redress has been done. I also disputed this missing information of my credit card with XXXX, XXXX, and XXXX and also nothing happened - see attached a letter.
