Credit reporting, credit repair services, or other personal consumer reports — Experian Information Solutions Inc. (GA)

Account status incorrect. My hours at work were cut because of Covid19 and I was unable to make payments on time for 2 months. I asked for a deferred payment plan and for the late payments to be removed. I has given a new payment plan but I still have late payments on my report. Before covid and even a while after, I have never missed a payment. I don't think it's fair for me to be penalized for something that was out of my control. My account is now paid up to date and I would like for that to be updated on my credit report. My balance and current payments are also incorrect. It is showing I have a balance of XXXX but my account is showing XXXX.
